Muay Thai training programs

BEGINNERS

The program focuses on teaching the basic and fundamental techniques of Muay Thai and Boxing, allowing the student to thoroughly understand the movements before expanding on their newly acquired skills.

INTERMEDEIATE

The program focuses on teaching students more advanced Muay Thai techniques while incorporating drills to improve their cardio / endurance, strength / speed, and overall ability to execute proper Muay Thai strikes and blocks in both offensive and defensive forms.


ADVANCED

The “Fighters Training” program is extensive, concentrating more on ring skills, discipline, and cardio / endurance / stamina for a 5-round fight. This program demands extreme commitment and effort from students.

Running, sparring, ring, pad, and bag drills are all part of the training, and each session students will spend a minimum of 5 rounds on the bags, 3-5 rounds sparring, and 5 rounds doing pad work with a trainer each
